Bracton Glycol is a long-life, inhibited propylene glycol heat-transfer fluid formulated for commercial cooling and refrigeration systems. It is particularly suited to draught beer reticulation, brewery cooling, wineries, food-processing facilities and other hospitality applications requiring dependable temperature control.
Manufactured using USP-grade propylene glycol with specialised inhibitors, the formula helps protect cooling-system components against corrosion, fungal growth and freezing. Its extended service life can help reduce system wear and ongoing maintenance requirements compared with standard propylene glycol.
The glycol concentration, pH and condition should be checked regularly, with the product mixed and used according to the equipment manufacturer’s instructions and current Safety Data Sheet.
